CANCELLATION POLICY
TABLE RESERVATION ON THE CANAL:

NO REFUND WILL BE MADE. (NO MONEY BACK)

• In case of cancellation up to 7 days before the service the full amount will be refunded within 1 year from the date of the service. (credit will not be returned);


• In case of cancellation 6 to 3 days before the date of service, 50% of the amount will be recovered within 1 year from the date of service. (the credit will not be returned);


• In case of cancellation from 2 days to the day of service the entire amount will be forfeited.

To exercise these rights, the interested party can contact the Data Controller by sending a communication to this email: info@barbacani.com and, in contacting us, the interested party must make sure to include his name, e-mail address, postal address, and/or phone number (s) to make sure his request can be handled correctly.
